Wines

Giolitti's wine racks boast a wide array of labels.  While of course we try to honor Italian producers, other wine regions are well represented.  You will find a wonderful selection of values including our house wine,Villa Banfi Entree Red or White (castellobanfi.com) to great finds such as Allegrini Palazzo della Torre Valpolicella Classico Superiore (winebow.com) - 93pts. in The Wine Spectator!  

In March of 2000 we started hosting monthly wine dinners (special events).  We have found this to be a wonderful opportunity to explore new wines and have a little fun creating dishes to accentuate them.  The dinners currently are offered the first Friday of every month starting at 7:00 p.m. sharp!  Occasionally,  we will offer an encore dinner during the same month. We pair four wines from either a region or vineyard with four courses for sixty-five dollars (plus tax and gratuity).  A wine representative hosts the evening imparting useful knowledge and tidbits along the way.  There may even be a door prize!  You will also find special savings for wine orders that evening.
