Giolitti’s Deli features an extensive authentic Italian catering menu perfect for all of your springtime entertaining needs. Our firenze menu incorporates fresh homemade sides, bread rolls, assorted desserts, crispy baguette sandwiches, entrees, salads, pasta by the pan, and even an extensive assortment of starters! Whether you’re opting for rosemary focaccia rolls, an Italian cold cut party sub, manicotti, or tiramisu — there’s a little something for everyone to bring the taste of Italy into the heart of Annapolis, MD. All of our orders and cancellations require 48 hours of advance notice and must be paid in advance with service arrangements available for select occasions. Italian Catering – Buffet Packages
The Tuscan is our local fan favorite for authentic Italian springtime entertaining. The Tuscan features assorted fresh-baked focaccia sandwiches in ⅓ Italian coldcut style, ⅓ sliced turkey with lacey swiss dressed in honey mustard, and ⅓ grilled eggplant with thick mozzarella as a vegetarian option. You can select your choice of freshly tossed pasta salad to serve with each sandwich. For dessert, you can choose from our homemade cookies or mini desserts (decadent mini cannoli, mini ricotta cheesecake, and many more!). The Tuscan is a 10 person minimum order and costs only $11.95 per person.
Our sandwich trays require only 24 hours of advance notice and is the perfect accouterment to any springtime occasion, including feeding a party of kids after a playdate outdoors all day long. Our Italian party sub is approximately 3 feet and features all of our classic Italian cold cut ingredients: genoa salami, capicola, thinly-sliced mortadella, provolone, lettuce, tomato, and housemade Italian dressing topped off with hot peppers. It can be served boxed, trayed, or sliced and costs $95. Feeds approximately 12-15 individuals and is a guaranteed showstopper at any party!
Pasta by the Pan
Forget about laboring over the stove to make nonna’s pasta recipe and let Giolitti Deli do all the authentic Italian cooking for you. We have numerous selections to choose from for all of our pasta by the pan, including traditional beef lasagna with ricotta, fresh mozzarella, aged parmesan, and our secret marinara sauce. You can opt for either a half (9 servings) or a full pan (18 servings), with pricing between $55 to $110.
