Arancini: Fried Italian Rice Balls
The Arancini—derived from “orange,” as that’s the fruit they look like—is a typical southern Italian street food. We make ours with rice, beef, onion, oil, tomato paste, chicken base, provolone, parmesan, alfredo sauce, and sweet peas, rolled in breadcrumbs.
There are many versions of Suppli, but ours is made with rice, onion, oil, chicken base, provolone, parmesan, and alfredo sauce, rolled in breadcrumbs. We serve ours with a side of our homemade marinara. You can enjoy Supply at just $3.95/each.
