Italian Summer Dinner Fare: Spaghetti Aglio e Olio and Eggplant Parmigiana

At Giolitti’s, our healthy Italian summer dinner fare includes flavorful Spaghetti Aglio e Olio and Eggplant Parmigiana. Our Spaghetti Aglio e Olio features freshly minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and spaghetti topped with grated parmesan. Our Eggplant Parmigiana is traditional Italian style with breaded and fried eggplant, layers of baked Italian cheeses, fresh seasonings, and marinara served with a warm baguette. Deliziosa!

Our Chicken Piccata is hand-breaded in Italian breadcrumbs and seasonings, broiled to crisp perfection, and tossed in a house made lemon-caper sauce. You can eat your Chicken Piccata over fresh pasta or lightly baked potatoes, which pairs well with your choice in a glass of crisp white wine at an additional cost.
