Summertime Wines: Crisp Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc
As temperatures begin to rise outdoors, it’s essential to pick up a bottle of wine that’s going to be both cooling and refreshing to consume paired with your favorite light Italian appetizers. Crisp, bold Chardonnay and light Sauvignon Blanc are perfect for serving alongside bruschetta with garlic toast or caprese with fresh mozzarella and green basil. While the Chardonnay grape has been grown in Italy for centuries, it thrives in the regions of Langhe and Tuscany.
